 Monarch Metal Begins Stocking Even Hole Z ClipsMonarch Metal has begun stocking a Monarch Z Clip with the mounting holes in-line vs. offset. This allows customers using CNC machines or line boring machines to pre-drill holes to reduce panel processing times by 50% or more.

For customers using a cnc machine it reduces lateral movements along the panel to pre-drill the offset holes. For customers using line boring machines, the holes are 32mm apart allowing customers to drill all of the holes across the panel in one process. The even hole panel clips offer the same fast and easy installation as the original clips. Monarch’ Chris Smith of Monarch Metal commented, "We have custom made these for customers for a number of years. We have decided to begin stocking them in order to offer customers an even faster lead time. Most of our orders will ship the same day the order is placed.” This marks the third product introduction in 2012 for Monarch Metal.
