Huntington Beach Ford Auto Dealership Sold for $16.2 Million

Nov. 13, 2012 - PRLog -- Lee & Associates Newport Beach, coming off a recent multi-million industrial transaction, has closed a $16.2 million sale of a  35,076-square-foot car dealership at 18255 Beach Blvd. in Huntington Beach. The car lot, which occupies 6.3 acres of land, is currently used as a Ford Motor dealership and includes 470 feet of street frontage on Beach Boulevard.

"This sale transaction involved a phenomenal 6.3-acre chunk of real estate on busy Beach Boulevard,” said Senior Vice President and Principal Mike Abel of Lee and Associates’ Newport Beach office. “It made for a great deal for all parties involved as the seller, buyer and the city of HB are all very satisfied with the outcome."

Abel represented the seller, the Howard L. Abel Family Trust. Todd Laplante of Five Points Commercial represented the buyer, KINKA, LLC. The property will continue to be operated as a Ford dealership.

This deal comes on the heels of Lee Newport Beach’s $12.75 million industrial sale at 12101 Western Avenue in Orange County.
