Birgit Anich Staging & Interiors wins prestigious HOBI Award for Best Interior Design

Nov. 21, 2012 - PRLog -- The HOBI Awards are the home building industry’s most prestigious honor presented by the Home Builders Association of Connecticut (HBA). Anich received the HOBI Award for Best Interior Design for her designs at 102 Fairfield Beach Road, Fairfield, CT, built for the luxury market with exquisit craftsmanship by Desiderio Construction Co.

She drew inspiration for the project from the home’s proximity to the beach by using sand colored furniture with blue accents to highlight the beautiful views of the beach and ocean.  Reclaimed wood and other natural wood elements such as wine barrels converted into stools were added to create a warm and cozy atmosphere. Different textures add serenity for a luxurious and relaxing lifestyle.

This is not the first time Anich has been recognized for her designs by industry associations.  She was awarded with the Rookie Stager of the Year Award for North America by the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) in 2011.
