Anderson brings extensive hotel management experience to the team, having most recently served as the general manager at the Raffaello Hotel in Chicago. He joined that opening team in 2006 as director of operations and was promoted to general manager in 2010. While there, he was responsible for the overall hotel success and oversaw a $1.1 million build out and opening of the hotel’s rooftop bar, Drum Bar. Prior to his career with the Raffaello Hotel in Chicago, Anderson worked with several Hyatt properties starting with Hyatt Regency McCormick Place in Chicago. Next, he moved to the Hyatt Regency Lisle where he earned his first Manager of the Year award in 2001. Anderson continued to succeed with Hyatt properties and began a new executive role at the Hyatt Regency Philadelphia at Penn’s Landing and earned his second Manager of the Year award in 2004. Anderson’s final move with Hyatt brought him back to Chicago to the Hyatt Regency O’Hare where he was the front office manager responsible for the proper training and daily monitoring of all service level employees.
