Associates awarded ISS Certification have passed Integrity’s stringent hiring requirements including a background check; pre-employment drug screen; verified and valid I-9 work eligibility criteria; a reliable attendance history; and have served as a trusted and valued member of fast-paced client work environments.  During their employment with Integrity, they must demonstrate consistent quality of work and have a proven track-record for meeting performance and safety expectations throughout their assignment.
