Arkadium’s ‘Taptiles’ Tops Charts on Windows 8

newest game for the Windows 8 platform, Taptiles, broke into the Top 10 on the Top Free Games in the Windows Store.

Taptiles is a unique 3D puzzle game designed for touch that  transports players to a mysterious world filled with cube-shaped tiles.  Each puzzle comes to life with gorgeous graphics and sound effects as players strive to match pairs of.  When players can’t find a match, they can simply rotate the puzzle with the swipe of a finger to view the other side, and continue matching until the puzzle is complete.  Taptiles includes four modes of play, daily challenges and countless puzzles for a game experience unlike any other. It also includes Xbox LIVE support letting players use their free Xbox LIVE account to compete with friends on leaderboards, earn Xbox Achievements and more.

Taptiles (http://www.TaptilesGame.com) joins Arkadium and Microsoft’s lineup of classics that were reimagined for Microsoft’s new operating system, including Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Microsoft Minesweeper and Microsoft Mahjong, all of which have landed in the Top 10 on the Top Free Games chart.
