Enchanted Closet Honored as 2012 Top-Rated Nonprofit

Jan. 7, 2013 - PRLog -- ATLANTA, GA – Jan. 7, 2013 – The Enchanted Closet announced today that it has been honored with a prestigious 2012 Top-Rated Award by GreatNonprofits, the leading provider of user reviews about nonprofit organizations.

“We are excited to be named a Top-Rated 2012 Nonprofit,” says Bonita Johnson, Enchanted Closet President and CEO. “We are proud of our accomplishments this year, including celebrating our 10th Annual Prom Dress Giveaway. Since 2003, we have outfitted over 4,000 girls for special occasions. Additionally, the Enchanted Closet has served more than 400 girls through our GIRL$ Program, which are life-readiness workshops designed to increase the self-esteem, self-awareness and self-sufficiency of girls.”

The Top-Rated Nonprofit award was based on the large number of positive reviews that The Enchanted Closet received – reviews written by volunteer, donors and clients.
