Los Angeles CCIM To Host Free Broker Forum Event January 29

Jan. 21, 2013 - PRLog -- The Los Angeles chapter of CCIM—Certified Commercial Investment Member—Institute has recently announced that they will be hosting an ACI Capital sponsored 2013 kick off all-star broker forum and team building boot camp event on January 29 at the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Realtor Association in Los Angeles.  

The first part of this double bill is a broker forum that is free of charge, designed so agents can have the opportunity to present quality new commercial property listings to industry peers and insiders. The listing presentations will be prefaced by an all star broker panel discussion on team building.  It will be moderated by Lou Lollio, KW Commercial Broker Associate and BHGLAAR Board member, while renowned broker coach Charlie Kennedy will be overlooking the team building boot camp portion of the event.  While the forum is free to agents, the boot camp will cost $100 to CCIM members and $115 for non-members.  

“I am very excited and honored to be selected to moderate the All Star Panel for the CCIM Greater Los Angeles Chapter kick-off event Jan 29, 2013 at 8:30 to 11 a.m. at the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of REALTORS,” said Lollio.  “The topic will be on Team Building and will be FREE to all.  This even will be a must for anyone in real estate and one to learn from and one to remember.”

“The Commercial Mega Team launching workshop for those who understand the power of Leverage! The System, the tools and the direction of a commercial Mega Team,” added Kennedy.

“The event is geared to work with brokers to allow them to interact with others in the industry, present their listings, listen to power brokers discussing team building and more,” said Wolf Bashchung, CCIM, CPM who is serving as LA CCIM 2013 President and owner of MW Real Estate Group.  “The panel will include a handful of distinguished guests, including Laurie Lustig Bower of CBRE, one of the top commercial agents in the nation.  The forum coupled with the boot camp will be a great way for agents to kick the New Year off on a positive note and learn from top industry icons how to maximize their success in 2013.”

In addition to the forum and boot camp, Dennis Dishaw—President of ACI Capital, chief sponsor of the event—will be present with some of his staff presenting various loan products offered by ACI.
