The time has come to develop ourselves in ways that do not allow us to fall back into corporate submission.  Remember thirty years ago when they would tell you to earn a degree, get a good job and you will have a piece of the American Dream? I have seen it all!  I worked for a place where in my first interview they told me I couldn't look my boss in the eye when he walked down the hallway.  What??? Freak! Anyway what I'm trying to say is we are entering some very different times.  We need to adapt and they need to learn they are not indispensable.
