Second Annual GA Music Awards Nominations Highlight GA Musicians

Feb. 6, 2013 - PRLog -- ATLANTA – Launching the nomination period for the second annual GA Music Awards, O Ent Inc is making sure Georgia musicians have a place to be heard and for their fans to show their love. Nominations began on February 4 and will run until April 5, giving musicians and their marketing teams time to mobilize their fan base to maximize the number of nominations received.

It’s not just about the number of nominations received, however.

“We put the music to the test during the industry panel review,” states Omar McCallop, of O Ent, Inc., “and the industry panel is specific to the genre. The GA Music Awards was created to highlight the best music the state has to offer.”

The GA Music Awards team of Omar McCallop, Tonya Phinx, Leighala J, Kimberly James, Christie Goldman Chambers, Edwin Mitchell, Charles Parker and Jeannie Wainwright continue to work diligently on the details of the second annual show, with a stated objective of exceeding the bar set last year at the Buckhead Theatre.
