REO Services Company Spurs Job Growth in Charlotte, NC

Property preservation work is generally a high-volume, low-margin business. “No one gets rich doing property preservation,” Ms. Jameson confides. “But the work improves neighborhood home values, and any handyman with a strong work ethic can routinely bring home $4,000 to $6,000 a month if they take the time to master the REO bidding process. That money not only helps the contractors and their families, but employing local contractors also pumps new money into  some of the hardest hit communities. That’s very important to us.”
