Titan Bank Funds Acquisition of a Office Building in Farmers Branch, Texas

Feb. 19, 2013 - PRLog -- Titan Bank, NA today announced the funding of a $1,623,000 loan for the acquisition of a  +/- 19,700 square foot office building located in Farmers Branch, Texas.  The building was purchased by CK & LK Properties, LLC which is an affiliate of Intellias, Inc. and Negma Business Solutions, Inc.  

Negma Business Solutions, Inc. was started by Karim Naguib in 2000.  The business operates a data center and also provides consulting services for network development and maintenance.  Intellias, Inc. was started in 1999 by Chad Mitchell.  The business has developed a software product, Intellias, which interfaces with Lawson Enterprise Resource Planning (“ERP”) software.
