WOBURN, Mass. - April 5, 2013 - PRLog -- BBS, Inc. Boston, a sales and marketing company in Woburn MA, has selected two of its top Account Managers to run a satellite office of 6 other employees for this week’s business trip to Plymouth, Massachusetts.

Melissa Lin and Heather Breton were chosen by management based upon their impressive sales performance and exemplary leadership within the office.

"Both of these ladies have consistently worked hard to meet their personal goals which has in return set a great example for others in the company. Furthermore, Melissa and Heather truly enjoy coaching and mentoring others," said Manager, Ryan Navas.

The Management Training Program that BBS offers begins at entry level. Throughout the training process each candidate learns basic sales/marketing skills, product knowledge, management of others, and operational management. The main goal of the program is to develop candidates from the ground up and to equip them with the things necessary to eventually run their own office.
