Driven Marketing Solutions Volunteers at The Education Partnership

PITTSBURGH - April 13, 2013 - PRLog -- Driven Marketing Solutions volunteered at The Education Partnership on Corliss Street in Green Tree this past Saturday.  The Education Partnership is a non-profit organization that provides school supplies to teachers so that their students have the proper resources and tools to learn.

The Driven team assisted in stocking and organizing the library, stacking supplies, running the check-out line for the teachers once they had the supplies they needed, and entering the surveys that each teacher filled out.  

The teachers had access to almost any supply they could need for their classrooms.  These supplies ranged from your typical paper, pens, and folders to socks, hosiery, and over sized fish pillows!  Every teacher gave positive feedback on their experience, which goes to show that The Education Partnership is truly doing something amazing.

Driven participated in the third Teacher Distribution that The Education Partnership hosted during the 2012-2013 time frame that took place in August, January, and now April.  The teachers who attend are a part of the schools that applied and were selected into the School and Classroom Supplies Initiative.  The Education Partnership will serve about 600 local teachers who will each leave their warehouse with around $400 worth of school supplies at no cost to them.
