Portugal As A Platform To The Angolan And Mozambican Markets

The event attracted a number of invited companies from Portugal and the UK and featured guest speakers,

Jill Gallard, British Ambassador to Lisbon, Mr. Alvaro Santos Pereira, Portuguese Employment minister, Carlos dos Santos, High Commissioner for Mozambique in London, Mr. Flavio Inocencio from the Angolan National Investment Promotion Agency.

Mark Simmonds MP opened the event, Mr. Simmonds is the under secretary of state for the Foreign and Commonwealth office.

The aim of this seminar was to promote using Portugal as a stepping-stone for UK companies wishing to do business in Angola and Mozambique. WIS International was one of a number of companies that undertook one to one meetings with UK companies.
