Fuzzy Brush – interview with Jim Drew

April 30, 2013 - PRLog -- Oh we love a smart little travel gadget and this is one of the smartest. Forget hauling toothpaste and toothbrush in your airline sized carry on bag and fighting your way to the teeny tiny little loo.

Fuzzy Brush is a dead clever 'all in one' toothbrush and breath freshener, designed by dentists. Pop it in your mouth and chew just like a piece of gum. As you chew, the natural action of the brush cleans your teeth as you maneuver it around the mouth.

At the same time a fresh minty flavour is released to freshen your breath. How easy is that? When you have finished simply throw it.

Each brush comes in its own ready to use pod so you can sling them in your handbag. Genius!

Why aren’t these things on airlines?!

Jim Drew the owner of fuzzy brush told us ‘it’s tough to deal with the airlines – we tried once with Excel Airways in 2001 and sold out of 80,000 Fuzzy Brushes on 4 aircraft in 3 months! They went down a storm! Unfortunately the airline went bust... the next time we tried was in 2006 where we supplied Flybe with 80,000 Fuzzy Brushes... did a double page spread in their magazine... went on the backs of all the boarding passes and then... Flybe neglected to put the Fuzzy Brushes on the aircraft... what a nonsense!! We lost a whole heap of money in advertising... We’re now trying to deal with Airlines in Africa.. let’s see what happens... if there’s any airline out there that is interested in making money and supplying a great product on board... let me know!
