Le Parc at Brickell Condo Brings Style and Sustainability to Miami's Brickell Financial District

MIAMI - May 10, 2013 - PRLog -- Miami’s red-hot real estate market is about to go green with the launch of Le Parc at Brickell, a luxury condominium designed to become one of the first LEED-certified residential developments in the city’s Brickell Financial District. Le Parc at Brickell is being developed by a joint venture between South Florida-based Strategic Properties Group and AXA Developers, which is a collaboration between Aconcagua, the largest publicly-traded residential developer in Chile, and Miami-based Archiplan USA.
