RSC Solutions Announces New General Counsel, Robert A. Schachter

NEW YORK - May 26, 2013 - PRLog -- Resource Search Company, Inc. (RSC Solutions) a leader in IT staff augmentation and professional services, today announced that Robert A. Schachter will join the company as General Counsel, effective November 1, 2011.

Mr. Schachter most recently served as a partner at Akabas & Sproule, and previously, served as a partner for 23 years with Robinson Brog Leinwand Greene Genovese & Gluck P.C.

Mr. Schachter received his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School and his undergraduate degree from American University. Currently he is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
