This event put brides in front of some of the latest designers at an event in New York in April.

About Tony Hamawy Born in Beirut, Lebanon, American designer Tony Hamawy was raised in the garment business. After learning the industry in the family firm, he went on to apprentice with a traditional women’s clothier. There he trained in the old-world methods of couture and handwork. Positions with various well-known Lebanese designers, catering to the fashion elite of the Gulf and Europe, eventually spurred Tony to formal study in Paris. After completing his education in French fashion design there, his journey brought him to New York to begin his own line in 2007.
