Lee & Associates Welcomes Linda Greenberg as Principal

June 24, 2013 - PRLog -- Lee & Associates, one of the nation’s leading commercial real estate providers, welcomes Linda Greenberg to its San Diego-UTC office. Previously a senior vice president with Colliers International, Greenberg joins Lee as principal.

Over her 30 years of experience, Greenberg has transacted over 600 sale and lease transactions that include industrial, office and land for clients throughout the San Diego area. Representative clients include Costco, CamelBak Products, DHL, San Diego Convention Center, YMCA, Polk Audio and the University of California, San Diego.

Greenberg holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Kansas. She is past president and a current board member of the Otay Mesa Chamber of Commerce, past San Diego chapter president and past national president of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the South County Economic Development Council, and Working Waterfront Group. She holds multiple professional accolades that range from the San Diego Business Journal’s Women Who Mean Business Award to various Top Broker and Top Transaction awards for her work throughout San Diego County.
