Dynamic HR entrepreneur joins the Board of The Entrepreneurs With Disabilities Network

Tanya Sieliakus, VP Consulting Services, joins the board of directors of the Entrepreneurs With Disabilities Network of Nova Scotia (EDN). She will bring to the board her knowledge in business and her experience as someone with a disability.

HALIFAX, Nova Scotia - June 27, 2013 - PRLog -- As a highly successful Human Resources Entrepreneur Tanya Sieliakus has built a business based on finding the best solutions for her clients through an eclectic approach to problem solving. She has worked for a variety of industries and in all levels of management. Tanya is a valued resource for her expert knowledge of Human Resources Management and Occupational Health and Safety.

Having lived with a life changing disability for the last ten years Tanya understands the challenges of being an entrepreneur under these circumstances. She will bring to the board her knowledge in business and her experience as someone with a disability.  Tanya believes that being active is her community is part of her role as a small business owner. She brings a wealth of experience in volunteer roles with organizations such as EANS, HRANS, the ECMA and Phoenix House.

The EDN strives to make support entrepreneurs with disabilities with services that will aid them in creating a successful business venture. Whether they are in the idea generation phase or have a business up and running, EDN wants to help entrepreneurs with disabilities make their business a success as they make your dreams come true!

EDN has provided support, inspiration, networking, and learning opportunities to thousands of entrepreneurs with disabilities. By reinforcing the belief that entrepreneurship is a viable career option for people with disabilities, EDN has helped entrepreneurs turn their business ideas and ambitions into reality. With a current membership of around 600 members and community partners, EDN continues to grow and foster entrepreneurship in Nova Scotia.
