CFL Mortgage Expanding Greensboro Office - Up to 12 New Jobs Expected

GREENSBORO, N.C. - July 11, 2013 - PRLog -- CFL Mortgage a branch of nationwide mortgage lender Sierra Pacific Mortgage is proud to announce the opening of its 6,200 square foot office facility on Battleground Avenue, in Greensboro North Carolina. CFL Mortgage, formed by Michael Brosmith in 2006, has expanded from a two-person operation to a 12 person operation with 10 currently occupying space in the new Greensboro facility. In a recent interview with Michael Brosmith, President of CFL Mortgage; I posed the question, “why take on such risk in trying economic times?” his reply;

“We decided to move into a larger and more visible office space because we see a huge opportunity in the real estate market moving forward. Economic conditions have improved nationwide and the housing market has begun to rebound nicely. With home prices up 14.7% since April of 2011 and existing home sales up 8.8% from last year, consumer confidence is at its highest level since January of 2008. Accordingly, we want to be in position to take full advantage of the economic and housing recovery. The new office space affords us the room for growth that we are actively pursuing at CFL Mortgage.”
