3DLT Named an “Innovative World Technology” and Announced as Competitor at First Anuual SXSW V2V

CINCINNATI - July 12, 2013 - PRLog -- TechCrunch Disrupt NY 2013 alumni, 3DLT, has been named a finalist in the first annual SXSW V2Venture pitch competition. More than 200 companies submitted applications and 25 finalists and 10 alternates were selected to compete in five categories, including:

3DLT will compete in the Innovative World Technologies group against Citizinvestor, a Tampa, FL crowdfunding and civic engagement platform for local government projects, Cl3ver, a Palo Alto, CA firm which offers an editing & publishing tool that lets 3D professionals share interactive scenes online, Glowing Plant, a San Francisco, CA based company which is genetically engineering light emitting plants with the intention that they one day replace street lighting and Yuba City, CA based, Helios Bars, which makes the world's first integrated headlight & blinker system for bikes.

3DLT provides files - the blueprints for 3D printable products. Consumers can visit 3DLT.com and browse through multiple, well-curated categories of 3D printable designs. Once purchased, they can download and print-ready files on their own 3D printer. They can also send the designs they buy to 3DLT’s network of 3D print shops for local pickup or drop shipment directly to their door.
