Dallas Trial Attorney Jody Rudman Joins Kendall Law Group

Ms. Rudman’s extensive trial experience includes handling health care litigation, complex fraud disputes and white-collar criminal cases in courtrooms across a variety of jurisdictions. Her white-collar expertise includes representing clients facing individual or companywide government investigations. She is a former federal prosecutor and a former Special Assistant Attorney General of Texas with significant experience in health care fraud cases.

Ms. Rudman has worked at private law firms in Dallas and Chicago, representing clients in health care, business, commercial and ERISA litigation. She is a graduate of The Law School at The University of Chicago. She earned her undergraduate degree in speech – with minors in Russian and political science – from Northwestern University. In addition to Russian, Ms. Rudman also speaks French.

A Dallas native, Ms. Rudman comes from a medical family and graduated from The Hockaday School, where she also served six years on the school’s alumnae board, including four years on the executive board. She is a published author on matters involving ERISA litigation, and was named to D Magazine’s list of Dallas’ “Best Lawyers Under 40.”
