Fort Lauderdale, Fla., July 3, 2013 – Gamo Outdoor USA (www.gamousa.com), and BSA Guns Ltd. of England, will release a new model line-up this year with a number of new U.S.-specific products.

BSA’s flagship PCP air rifle, the R-10 Mk2, is a significant improvement over the original model first launched in 2009. There are over 30 major engineering changes, from internal valve systems, regulator, and even modification to the superb walnut stock. In addition to the walnut stock, which includes an adjustable butt pad, this top-of-the-range air rifle is regulated, has a 10 shot multi-shot magazine system, BSA’s famous ‘Bolas’ bolt action along with a pressure gauge, and 200cc air bottle for increased shot count. The R-10 Mk2 is also one of the few PCP’s on the market that allows the user to fill up with air into the bottle or directly into the gun itself. R-10 Mk2 comes in both .177 and .22 calibers.

BSA GUNS is also launching a brand new variation of their acclaimed Scorpion SE Air Rifle, known as the Scorpion 1200 SE. This rifle developed specifically for the market in the USA is capable of 1200 fps in .177 and 1000 fps in .22 caliber. This rifle has an ambidextrous Synthetic Tactical Stock and an integrated silencer through the use of a Bull Barrel. The Scorpion 1200SE also has a 10 shot magazine, on-board pressure gauge and BSA’s Bolas Bolt Action.

BSA GUNS will also be launching the compact ‘Carbine’ Ultra SE, which is both an ideal ‘Starter’ rifle, and is used widely across Europe as a close range pest control tool. The standard version of the Scorpion SE will also be available in the USA, distributed by Gamo Outdoor USA, with both companies’ integral members of the Gamo Outdoor USA family. All BSA PCP air rifles are manufactured in their factory in Birmingham, England where the company has been in existence manufacturing Small Arms since 1861.
