Timothy Sherman, Internationally Recognized Prophet, Diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure

PORTLAND, Ore. - July 31, 2013 - PRLog -- After two weeks of hospitalization and heart surgery, Timothy Sherman, 66, was released from St. Vincent’s Hospital in Portland, Oregon on July 4, 2013 as an ongoing outpatient. Sherman was originally admitted to St. Vincent’s on June 20, 2013 and diagnosed with congestive heart failure. Initially Timothy's health issue was diagnosed as asthma and his underlying heart problem went untreated for months. Sherman is now recuperating with his wife and children at their home in Portland. He is on medication and receiving continuous medical treatment as an outpatient.

Timothy is in a fragile condition and balances his days with physical therapy, rest, and limited activity. Doctors say that he is responding well to medical treatment. Doctors are hopeful for his continued improvement and recovery.

Timothy's friends and family ask for prayers for his speedy recovery. His wife Glenda Sherman said, “This is a time for the Body of Christ to rally around this man of God who has poured out his life 'for the Bride of Christ'.” Che Ahn, president of Harvest International Ministry, states, “I have known Timothy Sherman for over twenty years and I have seen the wonderful fruit of his ministry and his commitment to the Kingdom of God. I want to encourage anyone reading this to stand with our brother Timothy in his time of financial and physical need.”

To date, Sherman and his family face unpaid medical expenses amounting to approximately $100,000. Timothy Sherman is internationally recognized as a prophetic voice in the Christian charismatic and evangelical churches worldwide.
