Capable of VPN, the 4430 has a built in firewall and three Ethernet LAN ports to connect switches to the router. The 1700630G1 is IPsec capable, keeping the data on a network secure. The 5305 is a much larger chassis than the 4430, capable of fitting more cards than the 4430. The 5305 comes in two configurations from Dotcom Computers depending on one’s needs. The 4200990L1 is a 5305 chassis, system control unit, and an Octal T1 card designed for handling 8 simultaneous connections.
