By: Regroup 1) The addition of the Premium Text option to the main messaging panel enables users - in a click of a button - to simultaneously post to their RSS feed, social media accounts, send emails, standard text, premium text and text-to-speech messages. 2) Moving to short codes for text messaging allows users to receive text messages from one 5 digit number that is dedicated for emergency messaging. This gives emergency texts priority and helps ensure they reach members of a user’s groups in a timely manner. Existing Regroup customers will not have an interruption of service or need to make any changes on their end. 3) In addition to customers receiving an automated email with the results of their upload, Regroup will now offer the ability to receive a CSV Response File once processing for membership and group creation files are completed - further automating user management. 4) Managing users has never been easier and now admins can modify user data directly within their network. This includes changing the name of the user, adding or removing: email addresses, telephone numbers, User ID and Database ID. Additionally, admins can easily assign group memberships, as well as group admin rights. 5) Exporting a CSV Report of users within a group or within a network will enable admins to export membership reports for either the entire network or for specific groups. Admins can also export a report of any member who has unsubscribed from the groups in their network. 6) Regroup has added additional functionality to their Blackboard Learn text widget and customers can now select to send texts to individual course members, in addition to sending texts to all course members. This will allow Instructors to communicate effectively with their members via SMS, email, as well as posting announcements to the course's home page. 7) Regroup now enables customers to control what topics are displayed on their RSS feed. This option gives users the ability to display all topics on the RSS feed, remove all topics on the RSS feed or display specific topics. This functionality is now also available for Message Embeds as well. About Regroup: Regroup, the premier Emergency Notification and Mass Communication System, was founded at Stanford University in 2006 to solve the need the campus had for effective messaging across mobile (text/voice) To learn more about how Regroup’ Visit Regroup at http://www.regroup.com End
