Stephanie McCarthy Becomes President of Real Living Northwest Realtors

BOTHELL, Wash. - July 30, 2013 - PRLog -- Stephanie McCarthy has been unofficially running the show over at Real Living Northwest Realtors for the past couple of years. She has quietly changed the culture into an organization that is built on offering Premiere Service to their clients.  Today she has been promoted to President.

McCarthy has led the organization through three of the toughest years the industry has seen in decades.  In the past 12 months her leadership allowed the company to grow and prosper and is seeing exponential growth in per agent productivity.

"As a company our goal is to provide a place for real estate agents to grow personally and professionally," said McCarthy.  Furthermore, she went on to say "It is not enough for a brokerage to just offer a desk and a phone to an agent today.  We need to help them stay ahead of the curve in marketing and all facets of the legal changes taking place.  Change moves at internet speed and helping our agents adapt and grow helps them to truly be able to serve our clients."

Stephanie and Keoki McCarthy have been running the company together.  Keoki stepped down from leading the company and vision of the business but will still be the designated broker.  This allows them to both flourish in their strengths.
