Pick to Light Solution by Pcdata Resulted in Zero Picking Errors

Aug. 13, 2013 - PRLog -- Pcdata set up a pick-to-light system for TopPak Fulfillment Services, a third party logics company, which had a picking area in which only 60 articles were held. These articles represented a massive 75 percent of the total daily order lines of only 66 feet in length for fast movers. With Pcdata pick-to-light solution, paper based picking ended up in 10 percent of all orders having a mistake. The improved pick-to-light system had no errors in the past 6 months.
