USA based Biomedical company selected mEDC and mIWRS in Q3, 2013

NEWARK, N.J. - Aug. 14, 2013 - PRLog -- DDi is pleased to announce that one of the fastest growing biomedical companies in USA selected DDi’s products, mEDC and mIWRS. The sponsor is into the business of developing vaccines for infectious diseases and neurological disorders; and conducting clinical trials in these therapeutic areas. As part of this contract, DDi will support the sponsor with e-clinical technology- mEDC, mIWRS and integrated functional services of data management as well.

After evaluating several e-clinical tools available in the market, sponsor has selected DDi’s mEDC and mIWRS tool for its ease-of-use and quick deployment. The key challenge was to complete the study set-up and deploy the system within 10 working days, considering various activities like CRF specifications development, eCRF design, edit check programming, randomization algorithm, database creation and study set-up.

Moreover, the integrated business model (Tools and Services) proved beneficial to the sponsor in terms of simplifying the project management tasks and lowering the overall cost of the project significantly.
