Las Vegas REALTOR Sells Another Property

LAS VEGAS - Aug. 20, 2013 - PRLog -- Congratulations are in order for a local real estate agent, Michelle Bush with Keller Williams Realty Southwest in Las Vegas, NV.

Michelle was able to successfully navigate through intense negotiations to secure a home for her buyer client.  The Las Vegas real estate market is brutal right now.  It's not uncommon to see multiple offers above list price, much like it was in 2003.  As a matter of fact, Las Vegas only has about a 4 week supply of homes on the market.  In other words, if not one more home became available, it would take just under 4 weeks to sell the entire inventory available right now.  In addition to the overall competition in the market, short sales only have about a 1.5 week supply and bank owned homes have about a 2.5 week supply.  Because of the type of market that Las Vegas is experiencing, it becomes even more crucial to choose an agent who is committed to the entire process and who has the skill set, knowledge and relationships to get a Buyer client from point A to point B smoothly and without too many obstacles. 

The property was located at 2110 Aspen Shade Court.  The asking price is $203,000.  The property is a Short Sale and was only on the Las Vegas real estate market for 90 days.
