Jameson, a team member in the company, was recently promoted to leadership and was asked a few questions about his experiences working for Paradigm In-Store Marketing. When queried about his secret to success, Jameson replied that his motivation to succeed is what gets him going. He also commented that he is incredibly excited about working with new people, obtaining more responsibility within the company and solidifying himself mentally as a leader in his new position.

Jameson, who is a new manager, was also asked if he has any new goals now that he has achieved his new position and what his background is. In reply, Jameson commented, “My new goal is to reach the next level of the business model and to become a better leader. I want to be somebody that people can confide in. As for my background and how I began working with Paradigm In-Store Marketing, it all really begins when I was a small business owner and a nurse. One day I decided to leave nursing for a great paycheck and a social life. It was during this journey that I found my way to Paradigm In-Store Marketing and I have never looked back. The company gives me the freedom to control my own destiny, and what can I say? I saw the bigger picture!”

Jameson concluded by suggesting that the best thing about the company is the team spirit and support. Paradigm In-Store Marketing managers work hard to ensure that every team member is given the mentorship and support that they need to succeed. With this in mind, the company is able to offer outstanding marketing and lead generation services as a result of the willingness to learn, develop and work hard.

Further Promotions for Paradigm In-Store Marketing

Jameson wasn’t the only promotion for the company, recently! In fact, Austen and Ricardo have also been promoted to leadership roles, marking a whole new era for the company.

Speaking recently, management commented, “We’re really pleased with our promotion choices, and we wish Jameson, Austen and Ricardo all the luck in the world. We know that they will do great and their abilities will shine through in all of their work. We look forward to working with them in their new positions and we can’t wait to see what great initiatives they come up with in their new roles!”

One of the recent team members promoted to leadership, Austen, was asked about his own secret to success. Austen replied, “I would say that it is focusing on the good people, the good things and the good situations. It’s also about ignoring the negativity.”

After being asked about his new goals now that he has achieved a leadership position, he answered, “My goal is to be successful.” He continued with sharing an anecdote, “Jackson uses the knowledge of the bamboo. It grows rapid in the first year, and then stops. Then in the fifth year, it grows again. During the down time, the roots are growing and giving the bamboo a secure base to start growing again in that fifth year. I want to be able to continue developing the security base of the company, just like with bamboo. I am the type of person that success gravitates to, and not the kind that is constantly chasing it. With my commitment and ideas about developing our base, I hope to go far!”

Also asked about the secret to success was Ricardo, who replied and suggested that, having started out as entry level, he was able to learn from the people who have already been successful. Ricardo mentioned that the exposure to people who have already achieved was a great way to learn, and without question his secret to success.

Asked about new goals, Ricardo also responded that he believes being goal-oriented is really important. He continued, “If you don’t have goals then you will work for someone else who does. Paradigm In-Store Marketing wants to create leaders and I want to create leaders. I wish to be able to continue further into management and help show others that they can achieve the same success as me. I want to be able to achieve financial freedom and, with Paradigm In-Store Marketing, I am able to do that, as well as continue moving up in my career.”
