Latest News on FSSI: President's Management Advisory Board (PMAB) Meeting for Oct 21, 2013 CANCELLED

OAKHURST, N.J. - Oct. 20, 2013 - PRLog -- This cancellation provides the opportunity for submission of additional Public Comments on the Federal Strategic Sourcing Initiative (FSSI) for their rescheduled meeting to be announced later.

Bornstein & Song believes that the meeting cancellation should allow the PMAB members the extra time to review the Public Comments submitted by the trade organizations, contractors, and vendors who voiced their concerns about the FSSI.

Here is the exact wording of the PMAB Meeting cancellation announcement:

"Thank you for your comment. It will be shared with the members of the President’s Management Advisory Board (PMAB). Please be advised that due to implications of the recent government shutdown, the PMAB conference call scheduled for October 21, 2013, at 11:00am EDT has been canceled. The meeting will be rescheduled and logistics will be provided in the Federal Register."
