Chad Higgins & In Spirit and In Truth Ministers throughout the region in November

LEXINGTON, Ky. - Nov. 2, 2013 - PRLog -- Gospel recording group Chad Higgins & In Spirit and In Truth announced Saturday a slate of events for November, including appearances at three churches in the Greater Cincinnati area.

ISIT begins the month on Saturday, November 9 with an appearance at “Down with the King” Lupus Awareness Concert at the Charles Young Center (540 E. Third Street) in Lexington, Ky. Hosted by Miracle Muzik and Serious Bizness Records, the concert begins at 7:30 p.m. and will raise funds for lupus awareness and create a scholarship for Brittinee L. Winn, who passed away battling the disease, and whose mother is currently battling lupus.

“This has been a very exciting year for us,” said founder Chad Higgins. “We have been blessed to travel the country this year, and we look forward to ministering close to home in the coming month.”

On Friday, November 15, ISIT will serve as a musical guest at the album release concert for gospel recording artist Brandon Roberson. “Night of Worship” begins at 7 p.m. and will be held at Liberty Worship Center (1975 Haggard Court in Lexington). ISIT is scheduled to take the stage at 7:15 p.m. Tickets are $10 and are available at www.cindertickets.com.

ISIT caps off the month on November 17 with a day of worship in the Greater Cincinnati area. The group will minister at New Prospect Baptist Church (1829 Elm Street, Cincinnati, OH) at 8 a.m. where Damon Lynch, III is pastor. The group then travels to Tryed Stone New Beginning Church (5550 Reading Road, Cincinnati, OH) for the 11 a.m. service. Jerry Culbreth serves as the senior elder, visionary and apostolic leader of Tryed Stone.

The day of worship concludes in Covington, KY where ISIT will be the musical guest at 3:30 p.m. for First Baptist Church of Covington’s Thanksgiving Celebration Concert. First Baptist Church of Covington (120 East 9^th Street) is led by Pastor Adam Crews. The concert kicks off a week of events for Crews and his congregation, including their annual Thanksgiving Dinner on November 21 and Coat Giveaway on November 23. An offering will be taken at the concert to benefit the less fortunate.

“We are thrilled to minister in the Greater Cincinnati area,” said Higgins. “The group has not been there much and we are grateful for the opportunity to visit and worship with these churches on November 17. It is an amazing feeling to serve and be used by God.”
