Gourmet Raw Vegan Chef from New York City announces opening of two retail locations in Olympia, WA

OLYMPIA, Wash. - Nov. 8, 2013 - PRLog -- Locally owned Raw Truth Living announced today that it will be merging under one roof with Paprika Cafe and Catering, and Miss Moffett's Mystical Cupcakes effective November 13, 2013. Raw Truth Living has two locations set to open in Olympia, WA. The first, The Raw Truth, will be a full service restaurant in Downtown Olympia at 301 4th Ave E, and the second location, Oly Juice & Java, will be a drive, bike, or walk up outdoor juice bar in the Auto Mall area in Olympia, WA where both locations will be selling organic fresh cold pressed raw juices, and organic raw vegan foods and treats. The Raw Truth is set to open next week, followed by Oly Juice & Java a month later.

In addition to raw juice and food, The Raw Truth will now stock The Raw Truth Natural Dog Treats, a raw vegan hand made nutrient dense dog treat with 29 organic human grade ingredients from local farmers and stores. For every treat purchased, they donate a treat to a dog in a shelter waiting for adoption.

The Raw Truth begins their first class, the 3-day Green Juice Detox class next week on Thursday, November 14 through the 16, followed by a 5-course gourmet raw vegan tasting dinner with 15 dishes on the following Thursday, November 21, from 5:30pm-7:30pm. There is limited seating, advance reservations are mandatory for each class and tasting dinner.
