Settlement Officer Christina Warner Joins Guardian Transfer in York County PA

York, PA (November 11, 2013) – Guardian Transfer announced this week that veteran Real Estate Settlement Agent Christine Warner has joined Guardian Transfer in York County, Pennsylvania.

Warner holds her Pennsylvania Title Agent license and will be serving York and Adams Counties.  She has been in the title industry since 1999 and worked with several area title firms.  “I’m a people person” observed Warner.  “There’s a sense of excitement as my clients leave settlement and I enjoy watching it all unfold.”  She is a member of the Pennsylvania Land Title Association.  A longtime resident of Red Lion Borough, Warner enjoys boating and camping with her family.
