You Might Be A Winner at Spicy Food Productions’ ZestFest 2014

Let’s get to the winning part.  To promote the Spicy Food Productions’ Zest Fest Facebook group we are going to give you a chance to win a couple of tickets to all the tasty fun.  Zest Fest 2014 takes place January 24-26 2014 at the Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas, 500 W Las Colinas Blvd., Irving, TX.  ZestFest brings together the spiciest exhibitors and products from around the country for one sizzling weekend. To win the tickets, post a favorite recipe or spicy food story on the Facebook Group page and then get your friends to LIKE it.  The person who gets the most LIKES for their post will win two (2) tickets to the show.   It’s not like winning the lottery but it will be fun and we may even give you some special award or something at the show.  So let’s get things cooking.  This competition is open to everyone – exhibitors, hot chefs, spicy food ingredient creators, anybody who is a fan of Zest Fest Spicy Foods – put your post on the Spicy Foods’ Facebook page and start getting people to like your post – MOST likes gets you two tickets to the hottest show in Texas and a real ZESTY start to 2014!

You can also add your thoughts to the Big Flavor postings on the Spicy Food blog (and then post those on facebook too).  At the blog we want contributions from some of the top chefs and exhibitors who will be joining us at the Irving Convention Center.  It’s a good chance for some free publicity and a way to help everybody discover ways to enjoy eating even more than they already do.  We are inviting our exhibitors to send anything they would like to offer for publishing in the Spicy Food blog to zesty.big.flavor@gmail.com.   Please do not send anything that by posting we would violate an existing copyright.  If you are a manufacturer, you may promote your products but do it by sharing a great recipe that utilizes your products.  We want to compile a bunch of great information that will benefit all of our readers and celebrate zesty great food.  We reserve the right to edit submissions (primarily if they are too long – 250 to 500 words will be great – we won’t alter any of the recipes).  We will make no ownership claim to postings and you may submit them elsewhere as well.  Big Flavor will have final say on which submissions are chosen for posting.  Visit the blog and FOLLOW it so you don’t miss something really tasty.  If we get a really popular blog posting, we may have a couple of free tickets to the show for that too.
