ABRA Auto Body & Glass Acquires Two Affordable Auto Body CARSTAR® Locations

MINNEAPOLIS - Dec. 6, 2013 - PRLog -- ABRA Auto Body & Glass, a leading national damaged vehicle repair company, announced today the acquisition of two Affordable Auto Body CARSTAR® repair centers just south of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Today’s transaction brings the total number of ABRA repair centers in the state to 16 and increases the company’s corporate and franchise repair centers nationwide to 179 in 17 states.

ABRA’s President and Chief Executive Officer Duane Rouse said, “We were looking to expand and strengthen our presence in Wisconsin as part of our national growth strategy. Acquiring Affordable Auto Body CARSTAR® gives us the opportunity to further develop relationships with our customers and insurance partners in Wisconsin and throughout the Midwest.”

ABRA’s newly acquired state-of-the-art repair centers are located at 5525 West Rawson in Franklin and 5975 South Packard Avenue in Cudahy. Both locations employ highly trained and skilled body shop technicians.
