TAG - Free Resources for Teachers

The Academic Grid makes resources for teachers, best of all they're often free.

COLCHESTER, U.K. - Dec. 7, 2013 - PRLog -- Colchester, England - December, 07 2013 - TAG was started by Joshua Ferdinand while he was training to be a teacher. The idea was to be different, offer teacher ready made lessons, educational display boards, an open source art gallery and educational games online for children. Basically it's the only place you'd need to go if you are a teacher or an educator in a non formal educational setting.

The Academic Grid was launched 2013. We believe that real teachers create the most relevant and engaging educational resources. Our commission free open-marketplace model supercharges resource quality, quantity, and availability. We're bringing educators together forming a powerful community that shares best practices, raises standards for all, and compensates the best curriculum developers. Educators can upload resources for free or set a fee and be paid directly, we let content producers keep 100% of the sales they generate. So if you make high quality teaching resources you're welcome to use TAG to share your resources. We are used and trusted by Schools, Colleges, Universities and in other educational settings across the UK. (www.tag.ac)

In the end, everyone wins, especially students. And that's what it's all about.

Started as a social enterprise from Anglia Ruskin University it's quickly growing as a place for teachers to go and talk, share their great resources and download others.
