A Kitchener woman, Shauna Lynn Simon, owner of Beyond The Stage Homes and a member of the Real Estate Staging Association, the trade association for professional real estate stagers and re-designers, was named asone ofthe Top 10 Best Re-Designs in North America.

Shauna Lynn Simon will go on to compete for the overall title of RESA’s Best Re-Designs in North America.

Shauna Lynn founded Beyond The Stage Homes (BTSH) in 2008 after purchasing her first home. Soon after, she was laid off from her full-time employment as an analyst, and made the difficult decision to return to school and embark on a new career.  BTSH services the Waterloo Region and surrounding areas.

In support of our ever-growing industry, we are pleased to announce that the Real Estate Staging Association® (RESA®) is recognizing leaders within the staging industry for their outstanding contributions and personal accomplishments.

With a background and previous work experience in Mathematics, Shauna Lynn quickly learned that her problem solving skills and creative eye gave her a unique perspective for Interior Design, utilizing spaces for optimal function and style.
