The Fallen Linemen Organization

"A Dollar A Week Makes A Difference" Donate today and become a Friend of the Fallen

Dec. 16, 2013 - PRLog -- Nationwide, December 16, 2013- The Fallen Linemen Organization is dedicated to providing financial and emotional support and assistance to the families of all electrical line workers who lose their lives while on the job. Our goal is to become big enough to also help those who are injured on the job. We are focused on bringing recognition to the industry by creating a memorial to join the Lineman Hall of Fame and the International Lineman Museum in Trenton, GA at the Southeast Linemen Training Center.

The organization allows every lineman in the United States to participate.  The “Dollar a Week Makes a Difference” grass-roots approach allows all to be involved, with all donations supporting the families of ALL fallen electrical line workers. We encourage you to donate through PayPal on our website www.fallenlinemen.org/donate. You have the opportunity to become a Friend of the Fallen and create a recurring monthly donation. This will enable you to receive our quarterly newsletter and many other goodies. We also encourage you to make a plea to your company to create a payroll deduction for all employees that are willing to participate. The Executive Director, Mike Boyd, is available for speaking engagements to educate your company on how a dollar a week can make a difference for fallen linemen and their families.

Our organization wants to make line work safer than ever. We are working to consolidate the safety data, such as injuries and deaths on the job, for the Safety Directors. Having the information is the first step to making our industry safer.
