Lee & Associates Negotiates $5.5 Million Industrial Sale in Lake Forest

LAKE FOREST, Calif. - Jan. 8, 2014 - PRLog -- Kurt Bruggeman, senior vice president at Lee & Associates Irvine, has negotiated the $5.5 million sale of a 37,520-square-foot industrial building, located at 20662 Prism Pl., in Lake Forest, Calif.  This deal comes on the heels of a $37 million sale that Bruggeman and Ryan Swanson, also a senior vice president with Lee Irvine, brokered in Costa Mesa.

That transaction was one of the largest industrial sales in Orange County in 2013.

Bruggeman represented the seller, Sy Corp.  Kevin Turner, with Voit Real Estate Services, represented the buyer, Rick Watson of Wildfire Gymnastics, a state-of-the-art, full-service gymnastics program.

“There was significant demand for this property,” said Bruggeman, noting that several potential buyers were waiting to make a deal. “Wildfire Gymnastics already has a successful facility in Tustin, and they were looking for a central location to serve south Orange County, making this property a perfect fit for their expansion.”
