Antler Luggage Sponsors World Record Windsurfing Event

MELBOURNE, Australia - Jan. 20, 2014 - PRLog -- Port Phillip Downwinder and Windsurfing Victoria  are proud to be associated with Antler Luggage Austalia with this years Port Phillip Downwinder.

The Antler Luggage logo will be prominently displayed on the sails of all the participants in this years event along with the contestants registered sail number.

In addition to the Logo's on the sails, Antler are also providing waterproof pouches that will assist with protecting the devices used for tracking the racers during the course of the event. Tracking will be viewable online on the event site.

The event will be held the weekend of the 8/9th February 2014 on the Port Phillip Bay in Melbourne Australia.

Windsurfers will face a challenging downwind course of 30kms on a single tack. It will be a test of endurance for some of the experienced long distance racers, who rarely spend more that 10km's on a single tack.

The event will attempt to break the Guiness World Record for the Longest Windsurf Race in the World!
