Nefab Packaging Announces New Facility in Mexico

COPPELL, Texas - Jan. 30, 2014 - PRLog -- NEFAB is pleased to announce the opening of their new facility in Mexico. Until recently there were two NEFAB plants in Guadalajara Mexico, one in the North of the city and one in the South. Now the two NEFAB plants of NEFAB Mexico have been merged together into one plant in a brand new facility.

There are several advantages to having all NEFAB operations in one unit:

Improvements
The new and modern facilities have improved the working environment with better light and a better workplace setup. The fact that all operations are managed under one roof will increase the efficiency in production.

The Quality Manager Carman Ariza also sees many benefits for the quality of NEFAB´s operations. The plant now has separated areas for incoming and outgoing goods, which helps to manage these different flows in a more efficient way. The main advantage she sees with the integration of the former two plants is that many processes can be simplified in line with NEFAB´s core value: Simplicity.

Another advantage for the working environment is the space. Before the move NEFAB Mexico was outgrowing the old facilities.

It was important to affect the customers and ongoing business as little as possible during the relocation. In order to have as little impact as possible on day to day operations the move was done in a strategic step by step manner.
