WESTON, Conn. - Feb. 16, 2014 - PRLog -- MyHealingRooms.com, a free online resource featuring interviews and video demonstrations by a community of energy healers and holistic practitioners, opened its doors on Valentine’s Day as a gift of love from its founder, Barbara Slaine of Weston, Connecticut.  The interactive website is designed to offer viewers information about the array of healing options available to them.

“Too often people facing illness are not aware that they have a lot of options when it comes to their health,” said Slaine, adding that people with physical challenges, cancer, emotional blockages and other ailments have choices that allow them to take control of their treatments. She founded MyHealingRooms.com to provide them with a resource of tools, referrals and guidance so they can learn about healing modalities that are available to them.

After experiencing her own health issues, Barbara reached out to practitioners who specialized in treating the whole person, body, mind, soul and spirit. She researched an array of modalities that use a variety of methods to shift energy and heal, including sound, imagery, bio photon light, music, plant medicine and nutrition. She personally tried each one of the treatments she recommends on her new online site and attests to their effectiveness.

“They are proven and they work,” she said. “They are non invasive and can be of great benefit to people who are looking for more natural, holistic ways to heal and shift their energy.” So that people can better understand the modalities she endorses, Barbara conducts video interviews with each practitioner and includes a video demonstration of a real session. “Each practitioner has a healing room where people can find the answers they seek about modalities that may offer them the healing they need.”
