The House Call Company and Energy Efficient Solutions announce merger

HAMPTON ROADS, Va. - March 26, 2014 - PRLog -- Locally owned House Call Company announced today that it will be merging with Yorktown-based Energy Efficient Solutions effective March 15^th 2014. Company Principals are expected to meet later this month to discuss the formal announcement to both companies’ customers.

House Call Company principals expect this merger to improve client confidence and widen its customer base. In addition to Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, & Electrical, House Call Company locations will now provide full Energy Consulting and Testing, Energy Audits, Insulation & Crawl Space Services, General & Mechanical Contracting Services, and enhanced maintenance agreements.

The merger will permit The House Call Company to service The Southside, The Peninsula, The Upper Peninsula, Williamsburg, and Richmond homeowners and businesses with all product offerings.

More information is expected to be released following a meeting on March 31^st 2014.
