Lesli Gooch Scrubs Education Records from Website, Facebook Page

SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. - April 10, 2014 - PRLog -- The official Lesli Gooch for Congress campaign website and Facebook page omit critical information about her education records, volunteers with the San Bernardino Citizens for Public Integrity noticed on Thursday.

Her Facebook page omits all information about her undergraduate school. The page also omits the name and location of her grad school, instead using the description: "Carl Albert Congressional Research and Studies Center '06 Ph.D Political Science, Public Policy & Public Administration."

"Impressive," said Steve Gutierrez, a spokesman for the San Bernardino Citizens for Public Integrity. "She is an accomplished person. She should be proud of her achievements."

Her campaign website mentions that she attended college, but does not say the name or location. "I guess she picked her New York college, being extremely far from California, to completely omit," said Gutierrez. "Oklahoma, when compared to New York, is 'somewhat' close to the district."

According to her bio listed on the University of Oklahoma website, Gooch went to college at the State University of New York, College at Brockport, earning a B.S. in political science. She later attended the University of Oklahoma to earn her Ph.D.
