DAYMAK Inc., Appoints New Vice President of International Sales

TORONTO - April 23, 2014 - PRLog -- - TORONTO, ON  – Daymak Inc.,  is pleased to announce the appointment of David Solomon to Vice President of International Sales. Solomon will lead Daymak’s international commercial operations as an integral member of the company’s senior leadership group. He brings to Daymak over 20 years experience in sales, commercial operations, marketing, and international business development.

Prior to joining Daymak, Solomon spent 10 years with Plata Games, in Poland, as Director of Sales and Marketing. Solomon was responsible for leading all sales and marketing initiatives for Plata Games. He also led the company’s innovation and new product development programs and co-ordination of all sales activities.

In his career, Solomon has successfully negotiated over $100 million in business deals in 80 countries, many of these with Fortune 500 companies and will be spearheading the licensing of the new Daymak Drive System.

A native of Toronto, Solomon attended the University of Toronto and has a Bachelor of Arts degree  in Communications, Spanish and Business from BYU in Provo, Utah. He also attended graduate school there.  He is fluent in 7 languages and has traveled extensively around the world. He enjoys biking as one of his many interests.

Solomon has also worked for Canon, Cine-Groupe and Hemera, in international sales management roles.
