MPCHS is Launching Block F of Multi Gardens Project in B-17 Next Week

B-17, Pakistan - April 25, 2014 - PRLog -- Multi Professional Cooperative Housing Scheme (MPCHS) is planning to launch a new block F in its Multi-Gardens Housing Project in Sector B-17 Islamabad by next week starting from 27th of April 2014 to 3rd May 2014.

According to sources, the booking forms have come out and prices have been finalized for the upcoming plot sizes in block F. The plots will be available on 2.5 year installment plan, however the prices are little higher than expected.

The location of F block is in the central area of the society which is between A and E block. The upper side of the block will be closer to margalla hills and will be affected by crushing issue which has already affected Block A.

MPCHS is giving plots directly to its registered dealers, who have started advanced booking of the project. Normal profit demanded for booking of a plot is around 1 Lac Rupees. There is not much time left now, and hopefully all plots will be sold out within the next few days.
